Wanting to inspire young recruits various Inner Sphere military recruiters commissioned artists to create posters to draw in young adventurers.
This poster of a Stinger leaping over the skyline of a mega city was one such example.

Personal:
The mecha designs of Btech were never clearly detailed and functionally didn't work. So I had started a project years ago to redesign the mecha and make them work. Plus I wanted them to just look cool and put my own spin on these classic concepts. Being a huge Macross fan I focused primarily on those Battletech mecha inspired by Macross.
This was early in the functionality of the creation of mecha body mechanics. The hands are an early design and have change a lot over the years. Unfortunately I hadn't worked out the body or leg mechanics, particularly around the ankles, hips, chest, and shoulders. Visually the lack of these developed parts sells the piece but realistically are not fully functional. One rule about mecha design is to make your designs function to sell their believability.

I added in many aesthetic changes to the design to make it more appealing. Weapons systems are proportional which is something the designs have always lacked unfortunately.
